The idea is to bring out the chef and party planner in each of us, to learn and grow by highlighting a new technique each time, have much needed scheduled time with friends ('cause we all seem to be too busy lately) to bring together ideas from our combined backgrounds and just have a relaxing and enjoyable evening.
Well documented and photographed so not only will we have memories to look back on, but also to show progression in our tastes and accomplishments.
